OJTI / Competance Assessor Training

The aim of the OJTI course is to impart the training instructor with knowledge and tools to be able to perform as an OJT instructor and coach in the training phase and practical exercises on Airfield AGL or ATSEP equipment .

The Competence Assessor training develops the required knowledge and skills concerning competence assessment of colleagues and/or students in the ATM technical and operational environments. It also develops a greater understanding and appreciation of the beneficial impact that competence assessment has on safety both within the working environment and for the individual.

These courses fully are compliant with the SMS requirements of ICAO Annex 19, CAP670 and EASA to ensure effective work place training and the assessment of staff competence to do their job. They are subject to initial discussions to fully understand the customers requirements and are typically 3 days in duration. If the OJTI / Assessor combined option is taken then the course will normally be 5 days long.
